He was a key player in contributing to the first Production Readiness Review, Post Implementation Review design as well as ATOs for the new OIG data warehouse and infusion of analytical tools. Steven took personal interest and responsibility in working with me to mentor staff, shape new structures and build a substantive foundation for both program and technical capabilities to enable DHHS OIG to combat fraud, waste and abuse in the Federal healthcare programs (primarily Medicare and Medicaid).
