Regional Human Resources Manager
Current- Lead HR operations for a multi-state network of assisted living facilities and a skilled nursing center, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support employee engagement, retention, and compliance.
- Collaborate with facility leadership to address staffing needs, drive talent acquisition strategies, and provide training and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and resolving employee relations issues.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts in HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
