As a member of the professional service delivery team focused on small and medium businesses, built complete solutions in Salesforce.com for designated accounts.Acting as a Business Analyst and Solution Architect, I worked on implementations and optimizations of Salesforce.com across all project phases with focus on delivering Service Cloud cloud solutions for case management, customer entitlements and service levels, customer portal and knowledge management.
