As a Senior Research Fellow at the Applied Artificial Intelligence Institute (A²I²), Deakin University, I leverage the power of AI to make a meaningful impact on society. With a PhD in AI and a passion for solving real-world problems, I aim to bridge the gap between fundamental AI research and practical AI applications.I have led and contributed to several state-of-the-art AI projects, such as developing a digital twin for an automatic (mind controlled using Neuronode technology) wheelchair, a context-aware search engine that uses neural networks and NLP, and an image processing platform for merchandise. Some of these projects have resulted in commercial deployment, publications, and awards, demonstrating my commitment to societal advancement and innovation. I am always on the lookout for talented PhD students who share my vision and enthusiasm for Applied AI research.
