Learning Programs Back-end Operations (Scope of approx. 6,700 employees):+ Manage learning activities and assignments for employees through GLMS (Success Factors), Degreed, and Kaltura, while ultilising data from HRIS (SAP).+ Respond to tickets in Service Now as the first point of contact for all learning queries, maintaining a 3-day SLA.+ Ensure adherence to Learning Operation SOPs.Mainly responsible for programs within the talent and leadership portfolio, overseeing participant activities, class data, and program setup on multiple systems.+ Organise logistics for both in-person and virtual classes (systems setup, room bookings & catering/virtual class setup, calendar markers, email communications, enrolment, attendance, recharges, etc.)+ Consolidate program reports from various systems for reporting and analysis purposes.+ Provide observations and suggestions for program improvements from the operations perspective.+ Support other portfolios, mainly handling mandatory training extension requests and general system queries from customers and stakeholders.Team Engagement, Development, and Performance Enhancement:+ Act as part of the larger Sydney P&I committee team to organise and promote small internal events, fostering team interaction and well-being.+ Encourage team knowledge sharing through the creation and some facilitations of an internal platform focused on discussions about relevant topics for learning and well-being.+ Promote changes, including the utilization of Power Query for daily work, suggested SOPs changes, and leverage observations and knowledge to propose improvements on LMS platforms.

Organise/co-organise events for Western Sydney Uni students to promote students’ engagement and well-being (10-12 events yearly, 30-90 participants each). Manage team’s inventory . Clear expenses . Other logistics arrangements for events

+ Learning Activities: Assist in forming and executing training courses from budgeting, TNA, provider(s) selection, classroom management, to evaluation and adjustments.+ Employee Engagement Activities: . Coordinate projects/events aligned with the company’s value and enhance engagement. . Manage the L&OD communication plans and products (emails, posters, etc), including visual arts and content creation.+ Organizational Development Activities: . Assist with the Performance Management process (goal setting, KPI, strategic workforce management) . Co-main in charge of the building of the LMS from the beginning. . Coordinate innovation projects+ Administration Activities: . Ensure the practice of SOP within the team, primarily the purchasing process from planning for approval, bidding for vendors, documentation (requirements, PO/contract, liquidation, invoice, etc), and execution. . Manage the L&OD data of approximately 4,000 employees.

+ Co-manage in-class activities, including assigning and marking homework.+ Conduct monthly call(s) to keep in touch with parents, report their children’s process, and inform news from the center.+ Maintain a good service for re-enrollment.+ Support events (if any).+ Other required admin tasks.
