From March 1st 2010 – Till Date with Siemens Information Processing Services (SIPS) –Staffing – HRSS The Entire HR Activity (Staffing, Payroll, Training, and HR Help Desk) of Siemens Limited India is outsourced to SIPS.Siemens Ltd is broadly divided into 3 following divisions globally: Industry Energy Health CareDesignation: Sr.Officer – HR (O2 Grade) – Staffing - Industry VerticalReporting to: Asst.Manager - HR Job Profile:• Handle the recruitment for the Industry vertical of Siemens Ltd India • All the open Manpower requisitions (MPR) are tracked in Excel and sent to SIPS from the Business HR• Within the open MPRs, there are certain number of requirements which is allocated to me by my Manager.• Understand the business and the requirement from the technical manager (Hiring manager)• Source CVs from Portals, Employee Referal, Internal Job posting and through Vendors• Screen the CVs and interest confirm the candidates for the said positions• Explain the candidates about the business, Product/Project and the role• Process the interest confirmed profiles to the technical manager directly• Get the feedbacks for the profiles & schedule interviews• Once the candidate is selected, follow up with the Business HR for the Salary fitment, Medical Check up, Offer letter and the Joining Date.Tracking in Hire craftHire craft is the recruitment tool used in SIPSAll the profiles are uploaded and sent from Hire craftReports are generated in hire craft on a weekly and monthly basis
