A consultancy assignment where I help visitnorway.com setting up performance campaigns (affiliate) through the new booking engine that allows tourists from around the world book their holiday in Norway.

Performission is a performance agency with a Nordic focus. We work with clients like Get Inspired, BliVakker, Dyrekassen, Tights, Haugenbok and many more. Using a global marketplace we help advertisers succeed with performance marketing in direct deals with publishers as well as through affiliate networks. Our mission is to make sure our partners reach their goals in a cost effective way.

Together with three other partners I started the Norwegian office for TradeTracker in June 2011. From day one my responsibility was to build the Norwegian network, which included getting publishers onboard, selling affiliate programs directly to advertisers and also through agencies. We experienced a fantastic growth and served many of Norway's biggest brands. Amongst them Bik Bok, Miinto, Get Inspired, Proteinfabrikken and ROOM21.

Crevita Marketing AS was established in 2011 by the founders and some key employees of Be Found, which was established in 1997 as the first SEO company in Norway.Today, our goal is to drive focused, high-value traffic through search engines (both SEO and PPC), social media, remarketing, contextual marketing and landing page optimization.Crevita was the licensee of TradeTracker Norway when launching in Norway in 2011. In September 2013 TradeTracker was demerged into a separate company, TradeTracker Norway AS.

Nuform delivered dietary supplements to consumers on subscription basis in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. In addition the company had a webshop, www.nulife.no, that sold workout and wellness products on the Norwegian market.I was responsible for the company's marketing in all four countries, with a special focus on display, content and affiliate marketing. With a yearly marketing budget of around €3,5M we were able to test many different channels and approaches. In our top selling month we generated more than 23.000 new customers.

I was responsible for Be Found's sales and marketing, with main focus on sales to clients on the Norwegian market. Be Found (later Maksimer AS) provided advertising through search engines (both SEO and PPC), Facebook, landing page optimization and web analytics.

Be Found's sales department was until September 2006 outsourced to 7-Fjell Kapital. When Be Found started their own sales department I chose to continue in a new position at Be Found. In this period with 7-Fjell Kapital I was responsible of a sales team, in addition to being a salesman myself selling PPC campaigns in Google for Be Found

This was my first job in Bergen. I started with telemarketing where the goal was to book meetings for potential clients for the bank, Nordea. In March 2005 I started working a salesman for Be Found selling PPC-campaigns in Google. I quickly delivered results and were promoted to Head of Sales in September 2005.
