The Project Management Office (PMO) was responsible for the post-acquisition integration of Gjensidige Bank. The integration program consisted of about 10 projects with ca 300 people involved across four countries. • Provided management support towards the Program Manager and Head of PMO to execute on the integration strategy. Produced key analysis for decision making and reporting material for top management (Personal Banking Executive Management and Nordea Executive Management). • Supported the execution of the merger between Nordea and Gjensidige Bank, including coordinating, tracking and quality assuring 10 sub-projects reporting on milestones, timelines, and interdependencies to ensure progress on integration strategy. • Produced communication material on integration strategy and progress to regulators and authorities (Norwegian Financial Services Authority) and towards program stakeholders across the bank.• Responsible for non-financial risk management. This consisted of setting up the Change Risk Management and Approval process within the program and reporting of risks on a program level.

As a graduate I was in a development program that enables “high potential” graduates to explore different areas of the bank and cultivate professional skillsets in an accelerated way. My day job was supporting the Transformation Lead and Chief Learning Officer with executing on the Group Learning Transformation Strategy. • Performing management partner activities for the Chief Learning Officer and management team such as quantitative and qualitative analysis, creating materials for decision making, and management reports.• Supporting the Group Learning transformation through development of a new target operating model, job descriptions, roles and responsibilities, and risk management activities. • Managed the successful request for proposal and procurement process of a new digital learning provider, worth over $560.000. Experienced commercial and legal negotiations. • Successfully digitized the company wide English language training, increasing virtual learners by 177% and had an 20% increase in learning results. • Acted as Digital Capability Lead for four months due to paternity leave. Prioritized and decided what IT and Digital training Nordea offered to its employees. My time as a graduate also included a graduate rotation to the Innovation and Experimentation unit within Asset and Wealth management where I:• Supported the development of the Digital Wealth innovation strategy and was responsible for driving innovation activities across Asset and Wealth management.
