Led 10-week summer internship for 8 software engineering interns. Spearheaded development of a ReactJS/NextJS application, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Managed CI/CD workflow with Docker and AWS. Enforced a type-secure mono-repo and created several internal tools: Severity-leveled terminal logs, a global system clock and calendar-system, and custom global state management for sessions and bases. Led two daily standup meetings, kept business team informed, joined client demo meetings and received feedback and feature requests.

Automated internal accounting reports in Python, analyzing transactions by person, payment method, and location. Built prototype ReactJS application for editing and marketing location hours of operation. Strategizing technical advancements for ordering experience alongside university partners at GrubHub. Worked 10-20 hours a week while balancing coursework.

Planned, built, and launched WashU’s 2022 Photo ID request tracking and fulfillment system. Wrote vanilla JavaScript, Qualtrics API, Google Sheets as a database, and authored technical and non-technical documentation. Successfully fulfilled 6,000+ individual requests and provided dynamic pick-up instructions. Estimated impact: doubled the amount of fulfilled orders, and the lines of confused new undergraduate and graduate students disappeared. Catalyzed adoption of a reliable SaaS option the next year to continue positive customer experience. Worked 40-50 hour weeks.
