My role included tech support and proprietary software development. The Tech Support aspect was mainly running the HelpDesk, Auditing the DVR Camera's and helping with the Zebra and HP Printers. I helped to assist employee's to obtain ServSafe and METRC Certification in English and in Spanish. And repaired any software/hardware related issues with employee laptops, desktops etc.. including initial account setup and issues such as password recovery. I helped with network installation and maintained the WIP Log. My Primary role was Proprietary Software Development. I helped with basic DevOps and assisted with any bugs in the back end.
