Work history from companies related to the oil and gas industry since -97, and in the last years from the leading research institute in Stavanger - IRIS, later merged into NORCE. Beside my positions, I have been part of emergency responce organizations for a number of years.My experience can be summed up as a mix of both operational and strategic work, primarily within the field of HR and part QHSE. Initially from my years as Personnel Coordinator, Project Coordinator and Logistics Coordinator. Later from being involved in the process of merging several research institutions, leading the preparation of the merger within the field of HR. Specific competencies include development of strategies, procedures and processes, recruitment, handling of personnel matters, temporary lay-offs, downmanning, crisis management, management of change, investigations, tender processes, negotiations, certification and verification processes.Key strengths include integrity, work capasity, people skills, giving presentations, willingness to challenge and be challenged, reach defined goals both individually and when working in teams. Executive MBA programme at UiS completed May 2015.
