Head of the Armed forces Space division. On behalf of CHOD responsible for implementation and development of Space as an operational domain in the Norwegian Armed forces. This included establishment a cooperative agreement with the Norwegian Space Agency (NoSA), and a formal Space leadership structure within the Armed forces to support the defense sector contribution to cross sector cooperation. Responsible for further development of international Space cooperation with selected nations.

Responsible for the defense sectors Space efforts and development, including development of a cross sector national cooperation, managing MoD involvement in Space R&D efforts, and establishing international cooperation with selected partner nations. Leading negotiations for a cooperation agreement between USDoD and Norway MoD for arctic satellite broadband communication. On behalf of Norwegian MoD and US DoD successfully negotiated a service agreement with Space Norway for Arctic satellite broadband communication. Leading the national efforts to successfully establish international Space cooperation with GBR, GER, FRA, NLD and USA.
