Borealis, Mechelen, September 2008 - April 2013System Functionality Specialist (SFS) for commodity XL, Customs officer Kallo, Central Logistics Coördinator (CLC), Risk Officer with Energy specialization (e.g.; handling the EU emissions registry).I started as SFS CXL and additionally took the role of CLC. In further addition to my responsibilities I took the role of Customs for our Kallo plant. After a bit over a year I got out of the CLC function and traded it in internally for Risk officer and EU emission registry roles.SFS; 2,5 years FTE, 2 years in combination with other roles. In charge of data quality and interaction between processes, people and the CXL application. From troubleshooting and finding work-arounds for CXL bugs to teaching best practices at plant locations to query design and analytics to meeting and guiding TPT technical experts. CLC & Customs Kallo;1 year CLC, 2,5 years Customs Kallo. CLC tasks included handling all logistics for the PYGAS product. From controlling talk levels to organizing cargoes to internal and external costumers to setting key performance indicators with the shipping company and vetting vessels. Customs Kallo tasks included controller function on the stock and production of the petrochemical plant and the associated tax documentation.Risk Officer with energy specialization; 1,0 years. Data integrity (contract validation, pricing quotes and futures control and data entry, etc.) of the traders, logistics and accounting sub departments , EU emission registry interactions and settlement of energy physical and future/hedging contracts

Gathering Business Intelligence to open the BENELUX market and provide leads for other country managers through datamining web information, calling companies and finding out their BI hierarchy and setting up meetings with the country managers.During the last 3 months I was also involved in the antivirus upgrade cycle. This entailed full removal of all old antivirus system information (including manual removal from the system registry) and installation of client machines with new network commanded antivirus software.

I called and e-mailed educational institutions to see if they’d be interested in advertising in the study abroad issue of “Improbatur”. After that project I executed Internet data mining in relation to advertisers in their Swedish “Kaupthiking” magazine
