In my role on the Unit-T Leadership team, I lead the overhaul and growth of Supply Chain & Operations to match our scale-up's fast pace. My work spans optimizing Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Procurement, Asset Management and advancing our Warehousing & Distribution efficiency to support our core operations.Committed to crafting a robust End-to-End (E2E) Value Chain, ensuring our field services are delivered with unmatched efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. As Supply Chain Director at Lineas for over 2 years, I led a dynamic team to ensure seamless end-to-end planning, delivering products with optimal service and cost efficiency to our clients across Europe.Key Responsibilities:- Order Management: I managed customer bookings and demand forecasts, integrating them directly into our production systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.- Supply Chain Planning: I orchestrated end-to-end supply chain coordination, guaranteeing that customer commitments were met while optimizing logistics and production across both third-party logistics (3PL) and in-house operations.- Production Planning: I streamlined our own production activities, ensuring resources were efficiently allocated to meet customer expectations without fail.Digital Transformation Leadership:- Developed and directed the strategy for a digital supply chain, facilitating a significant shift in freight modalities.- Served as the driving force for transformation, orchestrating a comprehensive multi-year program to redefine our supply chain.- Enhanced end-to-end planning processes, improved resource utilization, and effectively reduced the cost of goods sold, fostering a more efficient, cost-effective operation.In this role, I not only advanced operational efficiencies but also played a pivotal role in navigating the company through significant digital and process transformations.

- Department Establishment: Initiated and led the engineering department, focusing on the development and implementation of European rail-based logistics solutions.- Strategic Leadership: Guided the company’s shift towards value chain thinking, establishing Lineas’ supply chain framework. This encompassed enhancing processes, methods, the target operating model, and organizational capabilities, covering S&OP/IBP, partner management, assembly methodologies, network design, and production planning.- Business Unit Management: Took on the role of interim manager for the South business unit, overseeing end-to-end operations of 1,500 international freight trains per month and managing an annual budget of €75 million.Key Achievements:Successfully deployed S&OP, product development, and supplier management processes.Achieved a 65% reduction in Go-to-Market time and a 33% increase in product deployment, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and market responsiveness.

Setting up the operational fleet management department. Coordinating the rolling stock services for 7000+ wagons and 200+ locomotives, with a strong focus on digitization.Achieved: + 5% technical availability and 50% decreased lead time on asset rent-outs, optimizing operational rolling stock processes, & development asset management business requirements with IT.

Setting up the Supply Chain Team (10 FTE) within a unionized and re organizational context, providing S&OP, Production Planning and Quality Management for 2 new Logistical Centers.Achieved: Supply chain redesign - production, warehouse and transportation network: 1 site closing, 2 site startups and insourcing of 2 subcontractors.

Responsible for production and warehousing (100 FTE).Achieved: Redesign daily warehouse activities (+15% productivity)

Design & implementation production dashboard focused on productivity, quality, cost.Achieved: Implementation production planning tool (-20% cost).
