Entrepreneur, Managing Director and Strategy Consultant with 17 years of experience across Australia (10y) and Europe (7 years) working with organisations of all sizes to help them grow, transform and thrive. I’m currently looking to acquire, operate and grow one unique business in Australia through the search fund model. This journey is the culmination of my experience so far, bringing together my entrepreneurial drive and passion for uncovering growth opportunities. After 14 years as Strategy Director at global management consulting firm Accenture, I co-founded Tightrope Consulting and grew it from inception to a 7-figure annual revenue consulting firm. I was responsible for leading all P&L, sales, marketing, team management, and delivery functions. This hands-on operational experience, coupled with my consulting background, puts me in a unique position to successfully identify and scale an acquired business.As a CEO I bring together my strategic vision with proven execution capabilities. My vision for driving post-acquisition growth is rooted in leveraging my expertise in change management, digital transformation and M&A, demonstrated by successful projects across various industries at Accenture and Tightrope.I have a master’s degree in economics with a major in marketing (Ghent, Belgium) and a second master’s degree in international business with a major in finance (London, UK) supplemented by executive education programs from INSEAD and Kellogg. I’m fluent in English, Dutch and French.Trying to live life to the fullest, I love exploring new cultures and trying different enriching experiences and personal challenges. I try to give back to the community by supporting several charities like Tour de Cure, Free to Feed and Junior Achievement.
