As the Director IT I am responsible for overseeing all technology operations. Ensuring succesful operation of legacy systems and implementing new IT systems, processes and policies. I am managing the IT employees, IT vendor contracts and relationships and I am supporting DTG in implementing a new sustainable and cost effective IT environment.DTG is going through a rigorous digital and company transformation, requiring IT to lower costs severely whilst safeguarding business continuity. We are phasing out our legacy systems in parallel to the fast implementation of a new flexible and low cost SaaS driven systems architecture. A challenging mixture of complex migration and implementation projects, demanding timelines, scarce resources and change of business model and culture.

Responsible for the management of the IT software delivery and testing department within DTG. Key responsibilities and tasks: Software delivery management, line management, application life cycle management, supplier management, IT strategy development, budget planning and management, Reporting directly to the DTG CIO/COO

International IT program management, IT strategy development and business planning, IT budget planning and control. Reporting directly to GrandVision CIO.
