The property in which is invested, consists mainly of up-to-date buildings that are strategically located outside town centres. Investments in logistic properties fit in with same objective. Overall responsibilities- Daily management technical department (projects + property)- Negotiate/administer contracts “technical maintenance contractors”- Coordinate renovation, maintenance, refurbishment (engineering, drafting specifications + measuring state, tender, negotiation, works, recalculation)- Coordinate new build projects- Calculation large renovations- Turn key solutions (calculation, tender, works) for new tenants- Elaborate maintenance planning portfolio- Follow-up and implement new developments in the market (legislation HCFK, sustainability, parking optimization program,…)- Develop new concepts HVAC (HCFK f.e. R22, problems with a/c) My specialities- negotiate- manage with respect for construction, design and environment- think out of the box
