- Support of M&A transactions, entry of Chinese company Sinopec and Silk Way Foundation into the capital of SIBUR Holding (support of depository operations), formation of JV with Reliance Industries in India, sale of non-core assets of the Group - SIBUR-Russian Tyres, SIBUR- Mineral Fertilizers, Plastik, Oka-Polymer Industrial Park, Uralorgsintez;− Сomplete legal assistance of over 15 reorganizations (mergers, spin-offs, reorganizations) under the Group's perimeter corporate minimization programmer with a combination of various legal forms, share conversion and share buyback from minority shareholders;− Accounting for investments in the Group's securities.
