- Changing the organizational structure of the legal function - the allocation of separate, but closelyintegrated, centers of competence with a focus on providing better service in areas (contractmanagement EPC, EPCm, EP, change management, legal support);- Digitalization of the legal function, implementation of the system of task distribution and accounting,system of navigation on contract ties and record of milestones in projects, database on "lessons learned" from the implemented construction projects, sole development of a corporate web application for express KYC verification of contractors (full stack: HTML/CSS + JavaScript);- Knowledge management of legal and contracts: onboarding of unified info application, cross functional integration, holding sessions for the exchange of experience.

- Re-engineering of corporate bodies processes: implementation of visual regulations, electronic system for approval of materials, electronic system for accounting of management bodies' orders with automatic tracking of order execution dates, methodological support of other functions on corporate approval issues, review of management bodies' competences;− As Corporate Secretary supports the activities of the Board of Directors and its Committees;− Implementation of compliance system "from scratch on a turn-key basis": certification of the company for compliance with the international standards ISO 19600:2014 "Management of compliance system " (the fourth company in the Russian Federation, the first in the segment of construction project management), conflict of interest management, anti- corruption compliance, protection of personal data, compliance in the field of procurement, organize the work of Commission for Ethics and Discipline, internal audits of functions;− Issues of sanctions status of the Company, its shareholders/ beneficiaries, contractors: analysis of the Company's sanctions risks, methods of their counteraction, passing the sanctions part of DD/KYC contractors, development of sanctions clauses in contracts, checking contractors for sanctions distribution;− Regulation of the process of disclosure of information about shareholders/beneficiaries, organize of accounting for contractual obligations and facts of information disclosure (KYC, VP-P13/9803, Federal Act No.115-FZ, Covenants).

- Support of M&A transactions, entry of Chinese company Sinopec and Silk Way Foundation into the capital of SIBUR Holding (support of depository operations), formation of JV with Reliance Industries in India, sale of non-core assets of the Group - SIBUR-Russian Tyres, SIBUR- Mineral Fertilizers, Plastik, Oka-Polymer Industrial Park, Uralorgsintez;− Сomplete legal assistance of over 15 reorganizations (mergers, spin-offs, reorganizations) under the Group's perimeter corporate minimization programmer with a combination of various legal forms, share conversion and share buyback from minority shareholders;− Accounting for investments in the Group's securities. Migration of the SAP financial investment accounting system;− Emissions of securities, changes in the amount of authorized capital. Cascading capitalisation of debts of subsidiaries and affiliates to the corporate center;− Redemption of shares from minority shareholders of subsidiaries and affiliates under voluntary offers and requirements in accordance with the Federal Act No. 208 – FZ;− Corporate support of Russian non-resident legal entities within the Group's perimeter.

- Design and support of M&A transactions, establishment of engineering sub-holding of E4 Group with subsequent acquisition and consolidation of assets, acquisition of Bureyagesstroy, acquisition of NPO ELSIB, acquisition of Kyiv Research Institute Energoproekt (KIEP, Ukraine), structuring of agricultural holding Copitania, purchase/sale of assets in road construction and bridge construction;− Organize of management accounting for investments in the Group's securities;− Due diligence of the broker's clients - non-residents of the Russian Federation.
