Lead Design for Digitalization Platform / Consulting projects/ AR&VR projects-Contribute to define design strategy and guidelines to guide design work for new projects based on a deep understanding of user needs, business goals and technical limitations.-Produce information architecture, wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes and mockups as required to develop and evolve user experience designs.-Define visual language of the platform (including grid, typography, color and other design-language patterns) -Communicate design strategies, concepts and solutions to peers, partners and stakeholders throughout the organization-Incorporate findings from feedbacks of customers and stakeholders into design solutions.

Mainly focus on factory digitalization software and service now, also doing research on AR/VR topics.I'm leading the whole design for the factory digitalization solution, so there are some challenges along the way. 2018 is a turning point for me, since this year, I'm not only caring about the design work in my hands, but also start to know I need to communicate more with other people in order to get a better design result in the end. So basically, my work here would be:1. Understand the industrial domain knowledge, as well as the whole technical architecture.2. Communicate with use case owners to understand the requirements and customers' thoughts. 3. Draw sketches or make wireframes to present different ideas with use case owners to decide the workflow. (several rounds of adjustment and optimization)4. Communicate with engineers to discuss feasibility and potential problems.5. Detailed Design including interaction & UI & motion.6. Make live prototypes to gain feedback from audiences.7. Present to use case owners, managers, customers.8. Optimize again.

I was working in the Open IoT team, responsible for the UX stuff of IoT apps.I was the only designer in this team, and though I was an intern at that time, I was lucky to lead one project working with another developer. I made sketches and wireframes to communicate ideas with the project manager, discuss with the developer about the feasibility, then made the detailed design. The pity here is I didn't get a chance to access the users to know how they think.Finally, that app was well accepted by the project manager, and also receive a good feedback from the customer side, as I know, more customers started to collaborate with us based on that app.

We made a social app for basketball lovers, the social relationship is organized by location (by basketball court). The killing feature is to evaluate your teammates from different aspects after a common game, so each player would have a personal skill set like a player card. I'm responsible for all the UX kinds of stuff and providing new ideas about the product.We were passionate about this project and we all worked this part-time. We only met at weekends to discuss. During that period of time, I learned a lot about them, from them, the PM, the Developers, the Campaign Operator, the Boss, I started to understand how they thinking, working, and what they caring about, what kind of pov they are representing.This is really an amazing experience. Also this is the first time I'm proud of myself.

Working in a design team responsible for kinds of campaigns and promotions for selling movie tickets.I made thousands of banners, web pages for movies during that time. My skills improved a lot and I learned a lot of ways to make things attractive. Also that was a good opportunity for me to observe how other talented designers working and thinking.

I was working in Sina Financial Team, responsible for the UIs of the financial product and services and promotions.There were PMs, Developers, Business Operators, in this 20 people team. That is the moment I know how a product serves for its business goal, how to differentiate with competitors, how to guarantee the same uxser experience across all the platforms whatever PCs or Mobiles, whatever nativeapp or html app.
