Responsible for the brand development and awareness of 7 spirits brands under the Remy Cointreau portfolio, acting as educator to the bar & restaurant industry.

New York City Metropolitan Area

I was trained in the Standard culture at The Standard Highline before running the bars at their 2nd NYC location on the east side called The Standard East. I designed the bar space, developed spirits/cocktail lists, and hired and trained all bartenders in my bar theory.
