The Subject Matter Expert is responsible for building, developing and retaining an exceptional Customer Service team through comprehensive training and development initiatives across all Business Units. The role supports the Customer Service teams in delivering industry leading professional service. The SME supports the implementation of various Customer Service projects and initiatives, and provide Super user support for SAP and JD Edwards. The SME is responsible for updating and maintaining all work instructions, manuals and SOPs, making sure all staff are trained, and have fully understood the processes and procedures for Customer Service. The SME is also responsible for supporting and training all new hires providing them with exceptional knowledge of the business. The SME is also back up for the Customer Service Supervisors when absent, and supports the Customer Service Operations Manager in the development and implementation of technology and systems to ensure the most effective way to improve services, reduce costs and increase sales.
