Key tasks & responsibilities:- Delivered Detailed Design Report adhering to the Global Wells Delivery Process. - Held Value Creation and Challenge Events. - Developed Improvements Plans and followed up in WEIS software. I was the WEIS focal point in Wells Norway for all projects. - Delivered time and cost estimates within Wells and to the Project. Time and Cost focal point. - Regulatory Submissions and Drilling Program. - Prepared MOC’s and Deviations for Program changes in front end and execution. - Managed the project with project stakeholders both through design phase and execution. - Followed the well though execution supporting the rig as the only Ops engineer due to COVID and POB constraints on the rig. - Followed up on audit and inspections. - Demonstrated exemplary HSE leadership and management. - Contract holder for various contracts. - Cost and time monitoring during execution. Planning & Performance Focal Point for Norway in charge of quarterly performance and yearly business plan inputs. Extracurricular activity: Leader of the Shell Art club with 160 members.

Responsible for time and cost estimates for Sail and Drill wells. Ensuring the cost estimates were in accordance with the concepts and directives as defined in the Well Cost Estimating Manual WS 38.80.00.13-Gen, The Sail and Drill Well Cost Implementation Plan and Shell Global Wells Delivery Process (GWDP) Manual. Also responsible for daily cost tracking on rig. Business Reporting for both Norway Operated and Sail & Drill. Performance Improvement Reporting for offshore operations.

Responsibilities- Early phase planning for Hasselmus Fuel Gas Project. Working with subsurface team to narrow down Draugen Fuel Gas possibilities from a wells perspective. -Ormen Lange Abandonment C-5H:Planning of abandonment operations on C-5 (planned production well, water filled reservoir) in accordance with LCWE responsibilities/deliverables.

Ormen Lange, West Navigator

West Navigator drill ship, Ormen Lange field. Drilled top hole, intermediate and reservoir sections on Ormen Lange and contributed in delivering 3 deepwater development wells (Flow to Host), C6, C7 & C2. Also contributed in delivering upper and lower completions. Started as a Drilling Engineer on West Navigator Drill ship. First 3 trips were spent on hands on activities with the drill crew. After gaining relevant hands-on experience with the drill crew I continued as Drilling Engineer. Initially shadowing the DSV’s to gain the required experience before supervising drilling and completion activities under the guidance of the Shell (N)DSV.My responsibilities:- Prepared running tally and supervised casing running. - Prepared cementing calucations, calculated chemicals, water and cement required for casing cementation, and co-supervised cementing jobs under the guidance with (N)DSV. - Supervised and ensured formation integrity test were conducted according to procedure from the cement unit. - Prepared the lower and upper completion tally and co-supervised the running of comletion according to tally with Completion Engineer. Skills- Daily Drilling/ Completion Reporting- Making casing and completion tallies. Cementing calcualtions. - Supervising drilling activities ensuring correct parameters in place. - Well Control certificate, R1 exam & R2 diploma may 2013.
