About Stine Bierre
I work on several aspects of software development. As a software developer, I have worked on the design and implementation of code. As a Scrum Master, I have planned the team's work and ensured a good progress in the development. As Product Owner, I haveensured that the purpose of the product was made visible and, in close cooperation with stakeholders, I have identified requirements and prepared specifications. As a department manager, I have focused on coaching teams and employees to get everyone to enjoy work and pulling in the same direction.I am energized by exploring new areas and understanding them sufficiently to be able to systematize them. I am interested in people and how the interaction and energy of a team can lead to a greater performance than the sum of individuals.

I was seconded to Landbrugsstyrelsen (the client). My team is developing and maintaining a web solution that is used for farmers applying for EU subsidies and case workers controls of the farm areas and the applications. The web application is build on a backend in C# .NET and a frontend in JS Angular. On the data layer we use Geoserver and an Oracle database. Previously I was developing a legacy system for Landbrugsstyrelsen. When the customer decided to exterminate the legacy system and implemnt it in a existing system I played a central role in the specifications and development of the transition. My daily work include full stack development (though I am primarily in the backend), specifications, orchestration of sprints and release management in TFS and building and deploying releases. I use half of my time on daily project management, planning releases and projects with the client. Show less

The perception of the workflow was shown through linguistic theories. This is a very short abstract:In this Master Thesis it is studied if it is possible to optimise collaborative processes and make them understandable and accessible to participants based on language theories on cognitive based structures. Furthermore the issues are studied in a specific case by applying the theories to a concrete workflow optimisation of a borehole localisation at COWI. The main focus of this thesis is on the structures behind the workflows (langue) and the optimisation of these. It is studied which IT modelling languages that could work as such and the advantages and disadvantages of these, functioning as respectively visualisations of a langue and implementation of a specific workflow. The theories are sought practiced through the investigation of the optimisation of the borehole localisation at COWI with a collaboration between a Geographical Information System (MapInfo) and a corresponding mobile application (GIS4Mobile). In prolongation of the language theories, the workflow model is visualised with Business process Management Notation (BPMN v2.0). This modelling language is strict and sequential and therefore functions as a langue that the participants may easily adapt to. The Thesis proposes some areas that might be studied before developing and implementing an optimised model and system that should function as a workflow support. The theories may be applicable in all preparations of such systems, but may also be supported by more technical approaches to the implementation. The optimised borehole localisation workflow at COWI is not yet ready for implementation, but the basic considerations as to how to optimise and how to make the participants adopt the workflow model is investigated in this Thesis Show less

Dgcss
As a student worker I analyzed grammatical constructions in spoken recorded Danish language. I studied the Danish language because I am very interested in the grammatical structure. The job enhanced my understanding of systematical construction and its exceptions, which for me is a way of thinking. Due to my knowledge of linguistics I am a very skilled report writer (Danish).
