I work on several aspects of software development.As a software developer, I have worked on the design and implementation of code. As a Scrum Master, I have planned the team's work and ensured a good progress in the development. As Product Owner, I haveensured that the purpose of the product was made visible and, in close cooperation with stakeholders, I have identified requirements and prepared specifications. As a department manager, I have focused on coaching teams and employees to get everyone to enjoy work and pulling in the same direction.I am energized by exploring new areas and understanding them sufficiently to be able to systematize them. I am interested in people and how the interaction and energy of a team can lead to a greater performance than the sum of individuals.
