I am a M.Sc. in engineering (biotechnology) with a focus on DNA sequencing and microbiome research, particularly in relation to diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). My work centers on understanding how microbial communities influence disease onset and progression, utilizing advanced sequencing technologies to decode the complex interactions within the microbiome.With expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS) and bioinformatics, I investigate the role of the microbiome in human health, exploring how microbial imbalances contribute to chronic conditions like IBD. My research is aimed at identifying microbial biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets, ultimately paving the way for microbiome-based interventions and personalized medicine.Driven by a passion for advancing our understanding of the microbiome, I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate research findings into meaningful clinical applications.
