I worked as a Research assistant/videnskabelig assistent in several laboratories and have gained considerable experience in different fields through the years.Laboratory experience and skills include extraction of DNA and RNA from invertebrates, various types of tissue (from mammals, bird and fish), plants, fungi and blood/plasma, PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis.
