In 2018, I analysed the state of the recruiting effort at my faculty, and at the university overall. At that time, all courses and educations targetted continuing education were hidden at websited at department level, and sometimes faculty level. This was far from user friendly and poor branding of the university as a place for life long learning. Hence, I made a recruitment strategy where the corner stone was to make it easy for the user to find relevant continuing education and simultaneously easy to keep the website updated and compliant with EU regulations and enable cross marketing.
