As a lecturer at UCN, my responsibilities include teaching, research and development, and development of blended learning at the Energy and Environment programs

As an Associate Professor at UCN, my responsibilities include teaching, research and development, and development of blended learning at the Energy and Environment programs. I also serve as the internship coordinator, overseeing the operations and development of students' internship programs.I am passionate about working creatively and innovatively with pedagogical processes in a learning perspective, and have a keen interest in integrating technologies into learning processes. In this regard, I have played a significant role in implementing blended learning in the department.My most recent project involved producing podcasts for teaching, which I published a conference article on in 2018. The article discusses the use of podcasts in teaching, and is based on an empirical study we conducted with informants from the EL and plumbing education programs. After analyzing the data, three prominent results emerged, demonstrating that the use of instructor-generated podcasts in teaching creates motivation, flexibility, and reflection.

At the Energy and Environment programs, my primary responsibility has been to contribute to design and develop blended learning. Additionally, I have taught courses in Innovation, Communication, Philosophy of Science, and Study Technology. I have also contributed my perspectives to the pedagogical development in the department, such as conducting Student Development Interviews (SUS) with students, serving as a support counselor for students with special needs (SPS), and contributing my knowledge of learning and didactics.

Sideløbende med mit specialesemester underviste jeg på dansk og engelsk i fagene: Innovation, innovationsworkshops og idégenereringsmetoder samt SUS-samtaler (Studerendes udviklingssamtaler). Endvidere indgik jeg et specialesamarbejde med UCN Teknologi, Energi og Miljø.Her foretog jeg en empirisk undersøgelse og en intervention, hvor det blev undersøgt, hvordan kreativitet kan integreres i undervisningen (Dette med udgangspunkt i et undervisningsforløb i kreativitet og innovation med to klasser (1. semester dansk og international) fra Energiteknologuddannelsen. Specialetitel: "Kreativitet i undervisningen".

Handicapledsager. Opgaven bestod i socialt samvær, deltagelse i sociale arrangementer og opretholdelse af personlige relationer.

Pleje af borgere på plejehjemmet i samarbejde med hjælpere og assistenter.

Mentor og pædagogisk støtte for unge, opbygge sociale relationer, sørge for trivsel for klubben og områdets unge, planlægge og deltage sociale aktiviteter og arrangementer for de unge.
