I have lived in cultural extremes from ultra-liberal Denmark to extremely conservative Saudi Arabia and all sorts in between. What I learned most from this was that any change you make will have an impact on yourself, your family and in some rare cases, the world. When I moved to New Zealand I saw and experienced the positive impact nature and the outdoors had on people and my own perspective on life. Nature stats and facts all point to one direction though, we are all consuming and wasting too much (nothing new there). I realised I needed to play my part in delivering a solution that could take away some of that waste.While working as a Change Management consultant across Europe and the Middle East I saw how the most successful changes happened with a clear plan and process.
