Main responsible person independently performing activities of management and operation of cogeneration power plant in Grubišno Polje.Responsibilities:-Performing a comprehensive documentation review, keeping of operating records, planning of switchgear manipulations and synchronization with power grid-Making daily reports and determining the optimal operation of power machinery and equipment-Organizing operation and daily maintenance of all the facility equipment according to standards, requirements and the operation strategy-Staffing, training, managing and supervising workers in the course of practical training for performing activities and work assignments related to the energy system, facilities, machines and devices-Procuring spare parts, small tools, auxiliary fuel, consumables and other utilities-Optimizing and adapting the standards and procedures for the plant operation according to achieved performances and changes in law-Participating in the steering committee meetings, organizing fuel scheduling, monitoring, sampling and testing, submitting annual and maintenance plans, annual performance statements-Preparing and maintaining facility records as well as preparing and submitting reports for the management on previously specified principles and standards

Responsibilities:- Coordination and direct management of the works in the electrical workshop as well as all electrical equipment in operation;- Preparation of documents for tenders, administrative monitoring of procurement process performance and reporting to superiors;- Providing professional solutions during annual repairs;- Project management and communication with external contractors;Participation in projects:- Documents preparation for tender: Construction of a CHP CCPP, "CCPP EL-TO Zagreb" 90-150 MWe, 80-120 MWt on turnkey basis;- Reconstruction of main control room and SCADA system installation;- Removal of 30 kV voltage level from the plant;

Responsibilities:- Organization of work activities and coordinating with other parts of the Association;- Organization of educational lectures and workshops with emphasis on technical and’soft skills’ area;Participation in projects:- Numerous ‘soft skills’ workshops: Innovation and creative thinking, Stress management,Advanced communication, Time management, NLP foundations;
