- Responsible for launching TeleClinic Essentials: bringing OTC-medication into the TeleClinic universe to grow our ecosystem revenue. From concept to launch including a full-fledged impressions tracking solution and interactive analytics dashboard for pharma companies.- Rework of key user flows: home, appointment flow and prescription redemption resolving in boosted treatment conversions and lower patient no-show rates

- Led development of the personal feed in close collaboration with data science/machine learning department. From defining key data points for the deep learning model, improving through user testing, launching and analyzing. Resulted in double figure growth in engagement, retention and sales- Product Responsible for watches sold directly from Chrono24. Leading from product concept to successful launch with close C-Level interaction, internal stakeholder, different product teams and external supplier. Product still growing with now over 8 figures € worth of luxury watches.- Product Owner for Chrono24 iOS and Android App team (10 developer, 1 designer) with Millions of monthly sessions being responsible for app development, releases and milestone prioritization with C-Level coordination

- Conceptualizing web features into a native app experience- boosting the visual quality of our virtual reality/try-on feature- intense data analysis with Google Analytics (eg. user pathes, segmenting) and Qlik (Sales, Listing analysis and trend spotting)

- Restructuring the main search landing pages with tailor-made content for major models resulting in an average 20% bounce rate drop on pages with more than 100.000 monthly unique visitors by analyzing user flows, usually set filters combining it with my knowledge about watches- Adding a variety of new choices to a virtual 2D "will-it fit" feature
