I am a 45-year old independent Manager and Media Expert, with 17 years of media and 14 years of management experiences at all levels. Currenty I am the CEO of Projektor, a company responsible for the management and development of a large entertainment center in Maribor, Slovenia. My previous position was CEO of a regional television broadcast network. As a success-oriented person I enjoy adopting new technology and management skills and I am looking beyond the ordinary when developing strategies. Among colleagues and professional surroundings I am known for my unique passion, steadiness and expertise. I constantly try to improve and develop my emotional intelligence, which gives me great negotiation capabilities. As the CEO of the largest regional television station in Slovenia I had to encounter full impact of the global crises. Now, as CEO at a developing entertainment center, I encounter new challenges. I see the future of media and marketing strategies in convergences of various platforms and in moving away from classical marketing approaches. Being aware of the fact that business to business and business to consumer marketing strategies, as well as the managers who create them, I have to be as flexible as possible to adapt to the fast pace and ever changing demands. As a media person who changed sides to management, I am a relaxed negotiator. I would describe my analytical and communication skills as strong and as an affiliated member of the Slovene society, I easily communicate with opinion and decision makers in Slovenia and abroad. I am known to be a multitasking person with great team work, organization and networking abilities. I am proud of my integrity and devotion in all areas of life.
