As Head Coach of the National Hungarian DotA 2 Esports Team, I have been able to connect on many levels with players and create a productive and positive environment for naturally introverted individuals. With the help of my assistant coach and analyst, Bence Kosda, through my coaching and education methods, we were able to lead the team to a 6th place finish in the World Cup 2021 in Eilat, Israel and 2nd place in the European Championship 2022 in Tirana, Albania. While strong leadership, team management and strategic planning are all skills that are necessary in such a position, I believe that as a coach it is of utmost importance to be first and foremost a friend.Big Challenge: Mediate between and teach high performers to share their opinions in an assertive and profound way, and to command respect in a field where there is only one linear metric that respect is tied to normally - the in-game leaderboard, ranking the millions of players. As a User Experience Analyst at Pine Design, having been present at the foundation of the company I have had the opportunity to help lay the foundations, take part in creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere, establish the brand identity, and design the key documents and company manifesto. I thrived in an international environment, growing as a designer, communicator, and facilitator. I conducted user research and helped with workshops, successfully maintained B2B relationships, and shipped products on tight deadlines. We participated in playtesting for OpenAI, where our esports team was among the top 0.6% that successfully defeated the OpenAI Five system while. This was achieved by shifting our focus from trying to win the game towards trying to understand and beat the "player" -- understanding how the OpenAI Five makes decisions and what its input is allowed us to devise strategies to counter it.Building on this experience, I started exploring generative models (ada, babbage, davinci) in 2020 and have been honing my skills in prompt engineering since then. As a Business Consultant for the Esports Media Platform and Ecommerce Store LEET, I played a key role in the founding and establishment of one of the leading Esports platforms in Hungary. I have assisted with creating the brand identity, developing the roadmap and marketing strategy. With the help of my strategic guidance, Leet has grown and absorbed the majority of Esports media platforms and has become a multimillion dollar powerhouse in less than 4 years with 25 employees and a number of outside contractors responsible for content creation. My strong ability to think ahead, synthesize information from various fields, strategic planning and attention to detail have been crucial to the success of the company.I am still available for stakeholders in Esports looking to create a growing ecosystem, both in Hungary and elsewhere.Big Challenge:The only way to connect with the community was through dozens of different social media groups and agencies, with only one giant media platform with mediocre content.
