In this role I was responsible for the P&L for BC, had direct reports from the sales team, restaurant management, and brewery operations. Was responsible for brewery production planning and operations, sales forecasting and achievement of hitting sales forecast in sales and production, restaurant operations. Indirectly responsible for logistics of supplies from head office in Calgary and suppliers to BC brewery.

Responsible for setting and executing sales and revenue targets for company, hiring entire sales team, negotiating contracts with agencies and events, budget management. In time of role was responsible for volume growth from 4,000HL to 18,000HL, grew distribution from only in BC and Alberta to include Yukon, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario. Managed introduction of 500ml cans making Tree Brewing the first craft brewery in Western Canada to offer 500ml cans.

Position was based in Vancouver, BC. customer base was BC Government Liquor stores and retail key accounts. Role started at time when BC government changed regulations to remove moratorium on new private liquor stores. Duties included being a consultant for current customers looking to purchase or build new stores.
