Since joining the insurance industry in 2005, I have had the good fortune of discovering a passion for designing and supporting strategic initiatives that drive growth and enhance customer experiences within the insurance industry. My journey began as many do, in sales and advisor roles serving the insurance-buying public, before growing to include corporate strategic planning, product ownership, and supporting high-frequency strategic projects across all operational departments within the P&C insurance industry. I have collaboratively driven the development of cutting-edge insurance products and optimized underwriting strategies to meet evolving market needs, including the development of new lines of business and operational territories.Mildly obsessed with finding and developing modern solutions, I am dedicated to modernizing the insurance industry through the power of curiosity, innovation and communication.
