I was part of a small specialist team providing support for a large portfolio of packaging tools and machinery available to the packaging industry. I am a specialist in all the machines within our portfolio from strapping hand tools to fully automatic strapping machines and robotic pallet wrapping machines, I have 7 years of experience of installing and personnel training, servicing and ad hoc machine failure fault diagnosis this includes over the phone and Skype machine rectification for process critical businesses. Highly motivated, reliable and self disciplined, working to tight deadlines and consistently exceeding all targets set, I am a key player in external projects with large and small businesses nationally and internationally, these projects revolve around machine issue identification and rectification. I am extensively involved with a large global internet fulfilment company which require thier Water Activated Tape machines to carry out preventative maintenance for pre and post peak process activities ensuring that down time is kept to a minimum.
