-Preparation and consolidation of financial statements for North America.-Reconciliation of accounts between the different modules managed by the company.-Reconciliation of financial statements.-Attention to business requirements and requests.-Execution of area projects.

-Execute the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions (eg, daily records, inter/intracompany transactions, provisions and adjustments, reclassifications, etc.), in accordance with the requirements and instructions agreed with the client to guarantee that the information found in the system is reliable and timely. -Ensure the debugging of open and overdue items from all ledger accounts including intra and intercompany accounts, communicate and follow up accordingly with the appropriate internal/external personnel, to ensure that all transactions are duly recorded in all companies of the group. -Generate reports for validation of accounting data and make constructive contributions in order to guarantee the presentation of reliable and timely information that facilitates decision-making. -Carry out the confirmations and monthly / quarterly reconciliations of the accounts between companies and interface systems and likewise the reconciliation of the corresponding general ledger accounts when necessary in order to ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounting information. -Resolve closing accounting inconsistencies and others identified and/or communicated, through monitoring, intervening and escalating issues according to group policies and ensuring that all conflicts are resolved in a timely manner.

-Coordinate and supervise the activities of the personnel in charge (specialists, sr. analysts, jr. analysts)-Build and verify the annual budget for Opex and Payroll.-Analyse the indirect costs of the organization.-Integrate and implement the ERP of the Americas region with the EPM of the group.-Create financial projects for each country in the region (activities, delivery dates, managers, tests, etc.)

-Create Labor Support and Non-Productive Direct Labor Reports, Scrap Reports to summarize divisions, Daily KPI and Efficiency Report, Purchase Price Variance Report, Monthly Sales Detail Report, and Daily Reports sales progress. -Assign and distribute activities to the employees of the AR and AP areas, supervising and managing the area in general.-Prepare JEs related to accruals, guarantee, vacations, property, inventories, reclassifications and monthly depreciation.-Approve of payments and verification of the supplier payment list and payment applications and billing support.

-Execute regional projects derived from the requests of the companies, to guarantee timely information and you will see that it facilitates decision making.-Execute the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions (eg daily records, provisions and adjustments, reclassifications, etc.)-Generate reports for the validation of accounting data and make constructive contributions to ensure optimal decision making.-Execute special regional projects related to business management to contribute to continuous improvement and promote best practices in financial processes.

-Execute timely monthly, quarterly and annual pre-closing / closing processes for each of the sub-segments (Cement, Concrete, Aggregates, AFR), in order to guarantee the availability of the necessary information to carry out the accounting closing and analysis of the information.-Prepare and review the consistency of cost information and management reports delivered to the countries (USA, CA), in order to provide the necessary tools for cost analysis.-Prepare inventory adjustments and maintenance of cost master data (creation of orders, CeCo, CeBes, account associations to CeCos), in order to guarantee the correct registration of these and ensure that there are no problems during the executionoftheclosing.-Execute knowledge management processes in Toronto-Canada for the cost area of companies (US, CA). For the subsequent registration and application of this knowledge in the organization from the business center of America in order to improve business productivity.

-Execute financial and accounting management of one of the companies of the LFS group.-Generate reports for financial management and data analysis.-Coordinate customer and supplier requests in Spanish and English.-Reconcile banks and make accounting adjustments. -Manage the credits of new clients.-Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. -Manage billing staff.

-Analyse the financial statements of the company and execute financial planning. -Manage agreements with suppliers in English and direct billing processes.-Reconcile company banks.-Execute control of expenses and budget.
