• Supervised 10 FSL & DRR Community Facilitators and provided guidelines for field implementation.
• Set criteria for rights holder selection and conduct needs assessment surveys in the working area.
• Coordinated to delivery of skill development training for 2463 Rohingya and host community people.
• Coordinated asset transfer, cash-based intervention for the beneficiaries and conducted post-distribution monitoring for assessing impact.
