Mr. Hein previously chaired the appellate group for one of the largest law Firms in the St. Louis metropolitan area.He serves as a member of the Region X Disciplinary Committee under the authority of the Missouri Supreme Court Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel, is a Rule 17 Certified Mediator, and is licensed in the United States Supreme Court, the Eighth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals and the Missouri State Supreme Court. He is also a member of the Federal District Court of Eastern Missouri. The Missouri Supreme Court appointed Mr. Hein to its Committee for Language Access on which he has served since November, 2017 to develop and establish guidelines and measures to ensure fairness and equality under the law with respect to access to the Courts for those with limited or no English skills. Finally, he served as President of the Hispanic Bar Association of St. Louis from 2022 to 2023.
