As the application development manager I was tasked to “lead technically” as it relates to analysis, design, planning, feasibility, organization and coordination of software development projects. Working with a truly phenomenal group of individuals we were able to create a “deployment pipeline” with the capabilities of streaming IT value to our customers. The FinanceSource™ Program, an integrated, credit, funding, pricing, and imaging solution for North American VW and Audi dealers, was one of our more notable achievements. With the exception of an Oracle backend we worked exclusively on the Microsoft stack (Windows Server 2008R2/2012), .NET 4.5, ASP.NET MVC 4, EF 5, WCF, WIF, ADFS). In additional to the technical component of my job I had the responsibility of managing the developer resources on the team. This includes coaching and mentoring as well as facilitating regular performance reviews and appraisals for my 11 direct reports.

Instituted build management and software quality assurance plans. Streamlined code base of several modules increasing code reuse and overall maintainability.
