Team Lead
CurrentActing as a player/manager, I'm leading the North American team of Regional Account Executives. I carry a quota, but also have a team reporting to me that perform the same sales role. I'm organizing regular team meetings, generating performance reviews, and generally acting as a mentor to the team. My primary objective is the help the company's bottom line, but I'm also taking the initiative to start improving Elo's internal repository of items like org charts, training best practices, and a knowledge base for new team members to help streamline the onboarding process.
