- Creation of 3D models and documentation (workshop drawings and bill of materials) for construction of cores, windings and insulation parts of energy transformers in accordance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001).

- Detailed analysis of the project documentation at the implementation stage (definition of the required quantities of materials and equipment and definition and description of the works foreseen by the project) and analysis of changes to the project documentation in accordance with the defined deadlines. - Calculation of material expenditure in accordance with applicable norms and classification of project material purchased by the investor, contractor or subcontractor.

- Work in GOM software, scanning castings, tools and cores with optical 3D coordinate scanner (ATOS Scanbox).- Using CNC wire cutting machine to cut castings for internal dimension inspection.- Preparing documentation - Failure mode and Effects Analysis, Control Plan, Process Flow Chart.

- Organizing and conducting trials to improve the process or solve a potential problem.- Monitoring foundry production process and quality for each project in all related departments (core making, melting, pouring, post treatment, quality control).- Preparing working instructions and other relevant documentation in accordance with IATF and ISO standards.
