As FDC continues to grow and the operational arm of the business diversifies, the various operational divisions need a structure of reporting and hierarchy to hold them accountable to their objectives.My role is to oversee, create and plan projects with the operational arm of the company in order to satisfy global company objectives while providing a chain of command that holds the departments responsible for their KPIs.My duties include:- HR & Management - Develop and cultivate a high-performance culture by assisting the Head of Content, Client Service Lead and Operations Analyst in establishing project scopes within their respective departments to meet critical company objectives.- Policies & Procedures - Preparing all relative policies, modules, quality assurance and reporting structures to enable the departments to meet the global company objectives.- Finance - Provide quarterly reporting, insights and recommendations to highlight success and identify areas that require improvement or adjustment.
