I am still working with Percipient, providing strategic Life Sciences consultancy for the Group on projects and in business developmentI support the team by leading the development and delivery of efficient, cost-effective and compliant business solutions in the Life Sciences industry, facilitated through the use of applicable software and technology. As well as providing IS Compliance, computer system validation and quality management services, I also provide consulting support on the development and improvement of efficient and compliant manufacturing, sales, marketing and product development processes.

Starting as an apprentice in 1978, after five years I began work as a process control / industrial automation engineer, working in many different process and manufacturing industries. By the time I left I was managing operations for the European systems business (Max Controls)
