Manage and provide logistical support to federal government agency cohorts for the Key Executive Leadership Certificate ProgramServe as the primary point of contact for approximately 50 adjunct faculty members and 300 students per year, as well as serve as a liaison between the agency and the Key Executive teamCoordinate, prepare and execute orientations and graduations, as well as assist with other program events such as the Leadership Speaker Series and the annual Key Leadership Conference Provide general guidance and support to students and faculty throughout the duration of the programMaintain and evaluate program reports to assess the Key Certificate Programs and the quality of service provided by staff and facultyConsistently take initiative and use creativity to improve the cohort experience for the faculty, students and external constituencies Communicate and collaborate with agency clients to ensure efficiency of academic programs
