Spiff redefines savings by simplifying the process and making it significantly more user-friendly. Spiff's goal is to help people manage their finances and put more aside for themselves and their loved ones. Together with my co-founder, we built the company from scratch, including team, brand, product and technological platform. I spent my time mainly on strategy, working with partners (such as banks and fund providers), making sure our technical platform supported our strategic direction and handling financial and operational aspects.

Alliance Venture Polaris is a seed fund by Alliance Venture, focusing on Scandinavian IT companies. The fund was raised late 2006 with NOK 340m (apx. USD 57m) in committed capital.

SPV-company for DNBs ownership share in TSM Nordic DA, which provided the service Valyou (contactless mobile payments via NFC).

JoinGame is a Norwegian professional resource network for people involved in researching, studying, designing and in other ways working with computer games. JoinGame was founded in 2008, is funded by the Norwegian Research Council and has members from over 160 organisations.

Group Investments invests DNB Banks’s own equity capital. The portfolios consist of private equity and seed capital investments, strategic investments, direct financial investments and a capital restructuring portfolio. Responsibilities include analysis of new investment opportunities and active management of existing portfolios, including BoD representation. I worked as an Investment Analyst from Dec. 1st 2008 to Aug. 1st 2011 and as Senior Analyst from Aug. 1st 2011 to Jun. 1st 2014.

Long Term Funding: Issuance of senior unsecured and covered bonds, as well as private placements. Investor Relations: Dialogue with debt and equity investors.

The innovation department was responsible for long-term business development. This included product, service and process innovations. My responsibilities included testing the viability of, and implementing, ideas, both as a project member and as a project manager. In addition, I had the responsibility for the DnB NOR Innovation Centre.
