Creating a product to retain and engage customers. We tried to build system of personalized marketing and qualitatively answer 5 questions: to whom, at what time, through which channel, what and what conditions to offer. Now CVM brings +7% additional revenue monthly ($20M+ in 2022), Dodo Pizza's active customer base has doubled since the launch of the product.We created and launched a new loyalty program for Dodo Pizza and additional mechanics for it, upgraded communication channels, enriched customer data and gave marketers the opportunity to send personal promotions. There are 16 people in management.Responsibilities▫️ Creating a vision and strategy for a new product, defending requests for people in strategic sessions▫️ Building relationships Business + IT, building common processes with marketing departments▫️ Creation and protection of loyalty program concepts, forecasting of metrics: discount, retention, redemption▫️ Defining annual and quarterly goals, working with key product metrics▫️ Management of development (2 teams) and launch of projects, ensuring transparency of statuses and plans for them▫️ Participation in interviews and hiring people for teams, search and onboarding 2x PO for product expansion
