We switched to Kunshan foxlink campus for expansion, and i also switched to Sales department to handle all of the customers from US. I travel to state four times averagely every year to build the relations and discuss the design and commercial topics on site with customers.Fortunately, I got the opportunities to develop new projects with team from Square, Nestlab, John Deere and Tesla in the past 8 years. And it is very exciting we can find those products launched successfully and sold in public market popularly, like Square stand, thermal stations of Nestlab, Tesla model S, model X and model 3, etc.My department specific responsibilities,1. Quote, Payment, Shipping term and Agreements signature etc.;2. Establish cross-functional team to design and develop the products with customer together at early stage.3. Lead the team and work with customers on DFM or ODM and discuss the EVT/DVT/PVTschedule, then ramp up. The automotive customers still need to set up APQP and finish PPAP; 4. Integrated the resource to manage and drive the build readiness, BOM, equipment, tooling,fixture, etc. for successful product building;5. Coordinate between factory and customer to fulfill the plan and drive the project tosatisfy customer requirements;6. To arrange the delivery to customer on time; 7. Payment monitored.
