Shenzhen Qianhai Credit Service Company is an independent 3rd party credit service company in China. As an affliate of PingAn group, it is to provide the financial credit risk assessment solution, as well as risk management /anti-fraud framework for banks and financial corporate clients. - Lead product operation team to provide operational services to loan companies in China, the service includes account opening, statement issuance, dispute settlement, bill collection, etc...- Differentiate customers by business behaviors, identify high-value groups to provide exclusive services and utilize the customer data as a reference for designing new revenue growth stategy.- Operate the online customer acquisition platforms, precisely target the new customer segement for acquisition, analyse in-house customers behavior to identify new opportunity for cross-sale.- Setup the operation process and procedures for credit operations; montior KPIs to continuously drive up the customer satisfaction and operation efficient for company;.- Manage a call center with 14 agents. Review the telephony service factors, implement improvement actions to continously bring up the service quality.- Develop and cultivate talents, setup individual goals, make team learn and grow steadily, build up bench strength.

- Lead credit card operation team to support all in-country business activities including acquisition campaigns, card embossing, statement printing and transaction settlement; - Develop new operation process for initiatives like new marketing program, acquisition program;- Monitor and report BAU performance in monthly dashboard for seniors review- Identify operation risk proactively and take corrective action to avoid non-compliance with internal auditor or external regulator policies- Do project governance for major projects running across teams including Operation, Product, Tech and Risk.

- Drive performance of China Cards team (including 3 team leaders and 34 Citiphone Officers) in the call center, sustain the service level to meet regional standard, identify key areas to improve in every month - Organize Retention team, create retention operation process, uplift team saved% to meet biz requirement, implement incentive plan for team motivation- Lead key initiative Universal CPO (CitiPhone Officer) program to provide a one-stop service to our customers- Coach and mentor staffs, develop team leaders.- Comply with local regulatory/corporate COB policy, continue to improve COB resilience;

- Assist ETD Operation regional head to setup a new COE center in SG and migrate ETD Operation Process from AU and HK to SG - Enhance control on Trades Clearing and Reconciliation process- Improve management supervisory insight by tracking KPI/KRI of ETD trades, publish a weekly dashboard for seniors early warning

- Reengineer and streamline the workflow of FTU (Fund Transfer Unit) and DAS (Domestic Account Service) to improve customer experience with shortened Turnaround Time.- Analyze remits TAT and operation expenses, identify potential opportunities that can be rationalized for reduction in TAT and operational cost. - Design an early warning dashboard across key parameters for remittance's KPI/KRI monitoring, covering both Citi Branch and our external service provider, TCS

- Manage IT project to support country business growth needs such as China Data center on-shore and New Branch Opening.- Support Global/Regional key initiatives execution in China such as DSI program (Desktop Standardization Initiative) - Streamline CTI operation processes to remove wax workload, enhance the process efficiency and centralize the monitor and control

- Manage network projects to localize AT&T global services and deliver to local customers. - Prepare project weekly status report and present to seniors on behalf of project team
