Production manager Effectively planning & manage the department KPI. Such as safety, quality, delivery, cost and efficiency.  Manage maintenance team, process team, production team. Process includes molding/metalizing/hard coating/anti-fog and assembly. Capex, expense and capacity management.  Long time and far-sighted planning and develop for organization and people.  KPI oriented organizational structure established.  WCM AM Pillar leader and PM specialist. PP&C manager Take charge of plant score card. (include financial KPI and industry KPIs). Financial KPI transfer to industry KPIs and management. Manage all plant efficiency KPIs both machine and manpower.  Support production to identify good & weak area from OLE/OEE and coordinate improvement Planning for OT & HC of Blue Colors  Manage cycle time & Productivity in plant for new projects and mass production projects.  Ensure SMED result be properly applied in logistics planning for capacity usage, Labor losses & OT reduction and eventually reduce WIP.  Machine saturation analysis and improvement for the long-term strategy of plant.
