I have worked in numerous environments such as Petro Chemical, Mining, Paper and Sugar Mills,Boilers,Chemical and Gas Plants (Shell, BP, Engen, Mondi, Sappi, While progressing within my career I have carried out inspections on manufacture, fabrication, repairs and erection of all different pipes like carbon Steel, Low Temp, 1 ¼ , 2 ¼, 5 and 9 Chrome, 304 / 316 / 327 Austenitic Stainless steel, 410 Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Alloy 20, Monel, also conducting inspections on fabrication, erection and repair (Vessels, Columns, Exchangers, Pumps, Reactors, Tanks, Boilers, Furnaces). I also gained experience conducting fabrication and erection inspection of structural steel. I have worked to many applicable codes and standards, ASME, API, ASTM, EN, AWS, Etc.Construction Manager: i have managed and completed numerous project in petrochemical,oil&gas,pipelines,mining,workshop fabrication*Transnet Watloo project update - Depot upgrade new piping & installation of new equipment*Transnet Kendal Project upgrade- Depot upgrade new piping & installation of new equipment*BP Watloo Project upgrade- Depot Upgrade new piping & installation of new equipment*Sasol Temane Mozambique -I9Z to Inhassoro T4 wellhead (6.3km)pipeline & wellhead piping*Sasol Temane Mozambique -Water Re-injection Project(T25)*Sasol Temane Pande Mozambique - Pipeline (43km - 30") and all above piping at Wellheads*Avon /Dedisa peaking power - Workshop Fabrication*TM2 Heidelberg- Workshop Fabrication*BP Nacala Mozambique - Upgrade project - Refurbish 43m tanks floor and shell, demolish old piping and install new piping from depot to port tie in.*Chevron Upgrade base oil project- Demolish old piping and install new piping to the tanks &tie ins*LPC project Temane Mozambique - Workshop fabrication.Hope bay mining project -Canada Currently -Project coordinator at LPC & ESE Temane Mozambique preparing for commissioning.
